You control in advance the price and quantity of the parts
We are proud to launch a new experimental service straight from our future enterprise as part of improving the service and accessing the technology to meet our customer needs. The new IMPACT LABS service enables fixed price printing of nylon PA12 raw material by volume. The new service is perfect for printing small batches or printing lots of small pieces. The service enables the printing of multiple parts more conveniently and cheaply and at predetermined costs. There are two options, the first is to arrange your parts within the package (the volume you choose) and save everything as one that will be printed directly, the second is to arrange as many parts of the volume as possible and send us the quantity of the parts that came out and the parts themselves and we will print them in the best orientation based on our experience.
Option A
You choose orientation
You determine the orientation of the part within the selected volume and we print the volume you selected with the location of the parts you chose unchanged within a dedicated box.
How It Works?
- Click Download .stl File from one of the 6 volumes listed of your choice;
- Import the .stl you downloaded into CAD software;
- Organize the sections within the volume while maintaining the correct spacing - note that we do not check file conflicts;
- Export the .stl as one file and email us at: Make@impactlabs.tech
- Upon receiving the file, we will create the parts in a dedicated container / box and according to the placement you have chosen;
Option B
We choose orientation
Optimal orientation is chosen by our technical team based on the accumulated experience of positioning the parts across the tray. Your parts will be printed according to the quantities shipped and the volume selected in the correct direction within the printer.
How it works?

- Import the .stl you downloaded into CAD software;
- Arrange the parts inside the volume while maintaining the correct spacing;
- Send us the selected size and table with the number of pieces of each type you have entered to Email Make@impactlabs.tech
- Upon receiving the file, we will create the optimal orientation sections for you to choose from our team;

important information:
1. Please note that the parts you submitted do not exceed the selected dimension limits.
2. Please leave at least 2 mm space between each part and between the box and parts.
3. Parts can be placed both vertically and horizontally within the blocking box.
4. Prices include sand and air pressure cleaning, but do not include additional complementary treatments or parts coloring (except for customers who choose Add Color).
5. Normal price is for production within 14 business days. Express price is production within 4 business days.
6. When choosing option A and printing within a mesh container, note that the spacing between our mesh holes is 3.5X3.5 mm, so smaller parts of these holes may fall from the mesh and fail to print. We also endeavor to perform optimum sand and air cleaning as much as possible without opening the container.
7. If you have trouble downloading or importing the boxes into your CAD software, you can draw a box for yourself to the same extent.
