HP Multi Jet Fusion

MJF is a technology developed by HP company. This technology is based on injection of “catalyst” onto layers of nylon powder and powder heating, with only the areas with the catalyst melted and the clean powder remaining in its original state.
The unused powder supports parts during printing and eliminates the need for dedicated support structures. This feature makes MJF printers optimal for complex geometric prints, thin walls, and so on. Parts manufactured by MJF have mechanical properties, including strength and durability, similar to those of plastic injection molded parts. This technology is suitable for rapid production of prototypes and parts. High-resolution nylon as well as moving parts systems, the models are ready for immediate use for different industries.
